2010 C³ Conference Registration

C3 tuition is $700 for physicians and industry members, and $200 for residents, nurses, technologists, and allied health personnel. This fee includes course materials, attendance at all sessions and the reception. Full payment is required to confirm registration. Industry professionals exhibiting at C3 should register directly with their company to receive the exhibitor fee.

  Physicians: 1 Day Conference - $300
  Registered Nurses / Technician Allied Healthcare Provider:
Full Conference - $200

REFUNDS /CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will be accepted until May 20, 2010, and are subject to a 10% administrative fee. No refunds will be given after that date. ACHL must be notified in writing of your intent to cancel prior to the cancellation deadline.
